Is there anything too hard for the Almighty, who is the father of all? Isn’t He the creator of heaven and earth and everything else under the earth? Doesn’t He rule over the sky and above and beyond the confines of the universe? Doesn’t He know the stars by their names and call each one in His absolute power?
He speaks and creation takes place. He walks in the absolute authority of His word and wears the robe of righteousness. He is above all and in Him everything finds its purpose and fulfillment.
Paul, full of love that comes by the Holy Spirit, cried out in Romans 8:38, “For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons,[a]neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, 39 neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
Its Love and not our good works that bind us with our eternal and Almighty Father.
What can we do to satisfy our Savior? Can we offer any sacrifices to please the eternal God whose word has created us or bring the incense of our good works to prove our righteousness. Will it be too much if we offer our hearts filled with burning desire to satisfy Him at His divine alter.
Doesn’t He long to have our fellowship and wants our humble submission and reverent fear that turn us to Him every time we face trials or temptations. Doesn’t He want us to walk in obedience to protect us from unknown traps of the enemy? Sometimes, we find it hard to walk with Him when He trains us but that’s for a purpose to keep us filled with eternal joy and peace that His presence brings.
We can’t and won’t be able to know the perfect love that has redeemed us and enabled us to stand before Him and to be found in Him.
Faith is what makes us see the glimpse of His divine love that has been made perfect in Jesus Christ. Is there anything that can separate us from the love that has been found in our Lord Jesus Christ?
