My ears had heard about you but now my eyes have seen you

Job 42:5, “My ears had heard about you but now my eyes have seen you.”

The Lord is Sovereign and Holy who dwells in non approachable lights. No eye can see Him nor can any mind perceive His thoughts. His ways and thoughts are higher than ours. We may plan our ways but its the purpose of God’s heart that prevails. Its written in Proverbs 21:30, “No wisdom, no understanding, no counsel can avail against the Lord.”

The Lord chooses His Holy prophets and anointed people to whom He declares the thoughts of His heart and mind. Its written in Amos 3:7, “The Lord does nothing without revealing His plans to his servants the prophets.”

When the Lord declares His thoughts to his people, our human mind may not perceive it fully due to clouds and pebbles of doubts in our minds. Doubts block the manifestation of God’s Glory in our lives.

Remove the stone away and then the glory of the Lord will be revealed. When the Lord resurrected Lazarus, he first asked the people to take the stone away. And when the stone was taken away, He revealed His Glory by giving life to Lazarus.

Unless the stone that blocks the divine vision for our lives is removed, no miracle will appear in our lives.

Removing the stones of doubts takes persistent efforts. It the result of our willingness and power of the Holy Spirit that enable us to remove the doubts away.

It takes time and conscious effort to shift our focus from the “seen” to the “unseen”.  None of us can focus on Jesus – the author and finisher of our faith unless we take time out to sit in the presence of the Lord in order to be filled with His Grace to focus on the unseen.

Prayer and submission to the Grace is the key that open doors and enables the unseen Lord to  work in our seen world.

The more persistent we are to maintain our focus onto Jesus, the stronger we become to remove the pebbles of doubts from our hearts and once the stones are removes the Lord appears to resurrect every dead things back to life in our lives.

Have you been waiting for the Lord to bring miracles in your lives? Daily submission is the Key to this treasure. Job went through much in his life but the moment He declared that the Lord is  Sovereign, deliverance found a place in His life.

Daily submission brings daily deliverance that is needed to bring Glory to the Lord on a daily basis.
